Pay Your St. Peters Traffic Ticket Online
St. Peters has a dedicated online payment portal at municipalonlinepayments.com/stpetersmo. You can search by citation number or case number. The portal is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Beginning June 1, 2021, a convenience fee applies for credit card transactions -- check the portal for the current fee amount before you pay.
All fines can also be paid through Missouri Case.net at www.courts.mo.gov/casenet. That gives you two options for online payment of St. Peters municipal court cases. Paying online means pleading guilty -- the violation goes on your record and points may be assessed. To contest a ticket, do not pay. Show up in court on your scheduled date and present your case to Judge Kohl.

Points and Your Missouri License
Missouri's Department of Revenue assigns points to your driving record when you are convicted of traffic violations. St. Peters convictions -- whether in municipal or circuit court -- count toward your statewide total. The point thresholds:
- 4 points in 12 months -- advisory letter from the DOR
- 8 or more points in 18 months -- license suspension
- 12 or more points in 12 months -- 1-year revocation
Order your driving record at dor.mo.gov/driver-license/resources/records.html for $2.82. DOR phone: (573) 526-2407. The full points FAQ at dor.mo.gov/faq/driver-license/tickets-points.html explains what each violation costs in points and how the suspension process works.
State Fine Collection Center
For non-contested fines from the St. Charles County Circuit Court (not municipal court), pay through the Missouri Fine Collection Center. Online payment: courts.mo.gov/page.jsp?id=136013. Phone: (573) 522-8504. Mail: Fine Collection Center, P.O. Box 236, Jefferson City, MO 65102. Send circuit court payments here -- not to St. Peters Municipal Court.
Failure to Appear
Missing a court date in St. Peters results in a bench warrant and likely a license suspension through the Missouri Non-Resident Violator Compact process. A $20 reinstatement fee applies once you resolve the case. Full details at dor.mo.gov/faq/driver-license/fact-nrvc.html.
To clear a failure to appear, call 636-279-8280 (municipal court) or the St. Charles County Circuit Clerk (for circuit court cases). Resolve the case, pay any outstanding fines -- including convenience fees if paying by credit card -- then pay the DOR reinstatement fee. Do not drive on a suspended license; it is a separate criminal charge.
